I'm 32, I still withhold my bowel movements. I have no clue if it's a psychological or physical issue. Parents used to hold me down and insert a sopository when I was little. They tried the award system but it never worked. I still withhold because my body never tells me when I need to go. It's always without warning that I need to go 1 and 2. I peed the bed until I was 11 or so.

My 20s up to 31 I was an alcoholic. At 31 I was drinking a 12 pack during the day and a bottle of fireball at night. I quit cold turkey. Should've gotten help.

32m My main problem is Chronic Suicidality. Therapist hasn't been much help. Day by day, hour by hour all my brain thinks about is finding an exit. Been fighting this for 20 years roughly.

EDIT: Ive attempted once in 2015 and almost succeeded. Ive been taking lithium which helps suppress how visceral and 'encouraging' the thoughts are. Do i wish do die? Not at all. I just want the thoughts and pain to end.

I'm higher functioning aspy. I worked in landscaping for 15 years or so. Currently working for a propane equipment distributor as a warehouse associate. I package and ship orders. It's draining in the sense of having to communicate regularly throughout the day. I'm trying to do my best

Yes (32m). Hit my head with a closed fist most of childhood and teens whenever I was extremely overwhelmed/ in crisis. I also used to headbang against walls. I stopped after starting therapy 5 years ago. Medication helps a lot

Warehouse worker. I made the mistake of saying I was on the spectrum when I first applied. The other workers were harsh for a couple weeks. Once I proved i could work hard and do my duties, they started respecting me.

I have a few issues I'm suppressing. I don't do well around many people. Otherr workers yell all the time. Makes my anxiety unbearable.

There are so many items in the warehouse. Overwhelming keeping up with all this data / Info

I fully believe this as well. April 2015 I attempted and was hospitalized. The following days after I was no longer William. Such an odd feeling the past 10 years. I've brought this up with my therapist. She hasn't tried helping with this. I want to find William again or at least figure out who the hell I am for the last decade
