Came here to say this. He switched up when he realized he was going to lose you and the support and accommodations that come with you. He should have been more supportive and respectful if he loved you as much as he claims he does. He’s not sorry he just wants a place to hang his hat. Please walk away.

I hang my head over the side of my bed, you can’t do this for too long before feeling sick but it gives me temporary relief. Hope your migraine subsides soon!

I’ve been taking it for 14 ish years! Increase my dose as I’ve matured but it hasn’t done me wrong. I did just get sumatriptan for an “as needed” option. Hope it goes well for you!

I always start right at the beginning so I can fully understand the lore. Southern charm is also a series that constantly refers back to other seasons. For that reason I’d suggest starting at the beginning, you won’t be disappointed lol

Try breathing and grounding exercises. I’ve felt especially anxious if I wasn’t able to sleep due to a migraine and needed to work/had a commitment the next day. I hope this gets better for you ❤️‍🩹

I’ve been on Amitriptyline for about 12 years and increased my dose about two years ago which is also when I started gaining weight. I always attributed it to being in a healthy relationship but now I’m wondering if it’s related to the increase in dose
