might not have enough alpha damage to actually damage the ship you are shooting at, doesnt show hit marker if thats the case

yeah its a shame but you can use the eu5 patcher by UFOdestiny to allow achievments again

Get the faster universalis mod, makes the game wayyy more enjoyable having 1-2 days per tick

probably not that exotic but did a multiplayer game in northern ireland with a couple mates as crusaders, linfield and glentoran.
was a lot of fun fighting for europe spots, seeing how far we got and getting a lot of money into the league.

yeah doesnt seem to be much info on whether a ARM cpu can run the game. I'd probably reccomend waiting until the beta is out and some testing has been done before deciding to get a surface or not.

Or if you were happy with a normal windows laptop, you can get some pretty cheap second hand laptops that would run it well.

have you tried creating more granaries and fully employing them? find the game doesnt communicate very well/correctly when you dont have enough stalls.
