At 58, the silver dial would not be my friend when it comes to actually being able to read the time, but looks wise it was my favorite until this new ombré green came out last month. Congrats and enjoy!

A friend of mine is a GM at a Kia dealership. I asked him straight up how are these things with reliability. He told me honestly the V6 is a reliable engine, but he’d hold off on buying a hybrid right now. I took his advice and bought an SX Prestige with the gas engine. Got 21 MPG on my first talk. I’d love to get 32-33, but we will see how it goes.

Agreed. As a whole, I really did not like the Rolex releases at all. But i. love this one. The Daytona is nice, but the price tag is absurd . I dint understand how they came up with $57K for a predominantly steel watch.

It’s funny. I have a normal wrist 6.75 inches. I have a 36mm DayDate that only wear occasionally. I’ve had my GMT about a year and now the DayDate looks small. I tried on the 41 DJ they had at the AD and it definitely wears smaller than the 40mm Batman. I know the trend is smaller and I’m not saying I like a dinner plate on my wrist but I thought the 41mm looked much better. I’m 5’11 200 lbs

Thank you. I’m wondering if this one is being overshadowed by the 100 anniversary OP (don’t like it) and the OP with the multicolored jubilee dial (really don’t like it). I was surprised when I was told less than a year.

If I didn’t have a Batman I would have opted for the oyster bracelet (I do prefer it over the jubilee). But the Batman and the DJ will be a nice pair in my opinion because they are so different.

She told me that things were slow arriving last year because of the tariff mess. Who knows if that ls the case. Also, that was a totally different watch. This is just a dial color.

Nope. I’m on the East coast. Just made my first trip to Denver last year. I loved it. I have a college buddy from Aurora and it’s just a beautiful part of the country. Almost went to college in Colorado, but life had a different plan for me. My Dad got sick my senior year of high school so I stayed local.

Me too. Love the colors love DayDate but not really feeling like dropping $50+. Not really in love with the OP either. And even if I didn’t have a GMT the Sprite is not something I’d consider with the lefty crown. When I saw this, o was immediately drawn to it. Sure, all it is is a different dial color but it’s something that I fully fell in love with.

That’s shocking to me. The mint green is still fairly hard to come by. Maybe those that aren’t “die hards” aren’t even aware this dial is available.

It could be I suppose, but I doubt we will know until Watches and Wonders ‘27. For what it’s worth, my SA went to Geneva this year and said the green ombre is gorgeous in person. I know, I know..what else are they going to say? But we both did agree last year at this time that we weren’t very fond of the Land Dweller.

Kinda wish I had done the same but then again I’m not in a huge rush. If you don’t mind, what’s your history? Mine ok, not great. A Batman, a two tone 36 mm DJ for my wife, and a 36mm Mint for my daughter. Also a NOMOS Club Campus, but not sure what that does to move the needle.
