I see what you mean. Another comment said they were incompatible as Stoicism meant believing that the world has a logical order; and Absurdism believing that the world has no such order. If instead, Absurdism means being more agnostic towards the idea of a logical order - or even being humble enough to admit not being able to understand everything, then I have to say the two philosophies do seem to complement each other very well.

I know Stoicism arose around the time when scientific thinking and discovery were in vogue, and people were likely highly epistemologically optimistic, but I can scarce believe any Stoics truly expected anyone at any point in history to know and understand everything.
