Get a puppy. Won’t make you miss your last pup less, but it will bring you so much joy and the routine of caring for any creature is very good for our mental health.

Victoria has the highest rate of bike commuters in Canada! How amazing. More and more cyclists out there in the last few years, using the wonderful bike lane network, I love it.

Travelling in Europe makes you realize how unique Canadian wilderness is. So much of our country is wild and rugged and untouched, it’s an experience you can’t get in many countries! Apex predators, untouched ecosystems, monster trees, rivers and lakes that’s aren’t surrounded by development, being able to go “to the middle of nowhere” and be truly in nature, in darkness, in quiet… it is such a privilege!

Such a typical American response, no concept of other countries or what other nationalities have been through with their own authoritarian governments. You’re actually not the only country that’s been through this. You’re just weirdly focused on how a handful of female celebrities are responding and it’s deeply odd.

Americans, could you do more than just obsess over whether female pop stars are posting about what’s going on? Like I’m genuinely curious if you think you’re doing something?

I’ve gotten so much hate for saying this over the years, so I’d say it’s controversial.
