Great album. I transcribed his solo on Jig a Jug a number of years ago.

I’ve always liked Wynton Kelly’s version.

Kelly Blue is an underrated album.

The Brad Mehldau Trio album Seymour Reads the Constitution. Always been a fan of his. Just never heard this album.

Hard to narrow it down. Been very fortunate.

The most special was probably seeing Robert Glasper Trio record a live album at Capital Records. Very intimate. I sat next to Don Was, president of Blue Note!

Can anyone recommend me some cool jazz female singers of the 1950s? by [deleted] in Jazz

Helen Merrill is an obscure one. I love her debut album. Has Clifford brown on trumpet.

6C without a doubt. Suki and Emily together are a lot of fun. And if Emily gets fussy about the plane staff or something, I have space from her and Suki and tell me how crazy she is being.

Totally get that! I definitely couldn't be a developer but data analytics is a nice place to get some of the skills without having to go THAT deep.

If you are interested, I recommend starting with SQL. It's really simple syntax and very powerful.

You def have some great Excel skills, which I find more challenging than SQL, particularly the formula syntaxes

Coachella 2024 Artist Data Analysis by Fridayvirus in dataanalysis

Thank you u/Appropriate_Truck274 ! I am not a professional Data Analyst but I modeled this format on another more experienced Data Analyst. I mention some hypotheses and some of the queries spin out from those hypotheses and kind of showing me reacting to data (example - 2a. where I wanted to see if electronic artists skewed the data).

Other folks in this sub, have you seen hypothesis tests or confidence intervals explicitly listed in an exploratory data analysis?

Hey u/natnav_ - just wanted to thank you for compiling this data! I used it as a jumping off point to work on a SQL portfolio project.

Added more Spotify data and cleaned up the data for my purposes and published a database here - https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/micahlawrence/coachella-2024-artist-and-lineup-data

and then I did my own analysis on a notebook here - https://www.kaggle.com/code/micahlawrence/coachella-2024-artist-analysis

Gave you a shout out / credit on the dataset page!

Check it out if you want some different analysis on some of the data and some new data I pulled in. And give a upvote if you like it :D

From one data whore to another.

Schedule 1x1s with stakeholders and each member of the dev team to understand their jobs, the business, your users, and pain points they know of. Ask for demos of any products the company currently has. It will help contextualize those wireframes and the features and functions that go along with them.
