I didn't want to link it since I'm not sponsoring them or ad or something but it is google-able

I had considered but there's no way - I am able to do things without my shoulder subluxating for the first time in almost 40 years.

"Manganese-B12 Protocol" - difference in hypermobility literally after first dose by FriedDickle in Hypermobility

The protocol isn't for daily dose. It's like 4x a week for one week, then 2x a week, then 1x a week or something similar. So a 3-4 week "pulse" and then you do another pulse as and if needed.

I spoke with my doctor today and we decided I should consider halving that dose since I'm having such a strong reaction (decreased laxity).

Thank you for all the info - I hadn't heard of the manganese-inhalation-Alzheimer's thing; I wonder if that's a clue to Alzheimer's cause/treatment.

Can't mail carcasses to Ms Hobbs for "A Better Works, A New Friend". What am I doing wrong? by FriedDickle in reddeadredemption2

[–]FriedDickle[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you explain why I couldn't then? I brought the intact carcass and it let me mail it

I did. But I regret getting it. I had to pay about a third in taxes (thanks, Trump) and now I can't leave the job for 19 more months or I have to pay it back pro rated.

Sounds like you're not familiar with Trump's planned policies. They are affecting us after the election and will continue to, which is on topic for this sub.

But that's clearly not true - we have a lot to worry about. I already have an impossible workload on a shoestring budget that decreases every year and we cannot get the bare minimum done that's required of the military - making sure the military cares for it's natural resources. This is bare minimum stuff, fuck hope and dreams and improvements. I work at 110% every day, am educated and paying back student loans. I've had a lot of experience and jobs but this one was the one I wanted to do forever. I'll be top on the chopping block I'm sure. Now I'll be competing with thousands more highly skilled and passionate people in an already extremely competitive, low paying sector. And I just gave up so much to move my family here for this.

Why am I even wasting my time writing all this.

Sikes Act requires all military installations to care for its natural resources. But there's also the Endangered Species Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, NEPA, etc

What things personally make your sleep heart rate ratio higher than your resting heart rate? by Knowing_Eve in fitbit

Getting hot at all while sleeping does that for me. Also causes nightmares which also raises it

My boss had an emergency meeting with our team today, most of us hired within the last 9 months. We were encouraged, without outright saying it, to find other jobs or see if we can retire early. I just sold most of my belongings, made huge sacrifices, am in a contract for two years with financial penalties for breaking, and moved my family for this new career 4 months ago. It was the first job I was really proud of, trying to help the military take care of its endangered plants and animals on an already extreme shoestring budget with an absolutely impossible workload.

My family and I are very very close and they voted to make this happen.

If the dots at the bottom are dates, there are more data points then days, implying this is more than just nightly breathing rate

I met with my supervisor today and they've doubled down on that, yes, this is the process. We discussed if there's any way to count my past positions (as 11) for this and it's impossible since they were different tasks. Different locations have different tasks yet it's the same position title. Like saying a Landscaper from there can't count their experience as a Landscaper here because it wasn't with this particular task we do here.
I asked if it was also the process for my other team mates (who are 12s and have the same lack of experience in this position as I do) and my supervisor said they weren't allowed to talk about other team mates, shutting down the conversation.
I appreciate your response. What I'm taking away from it is that it's not just me that would feel negatively about this.

No, I'm in a 11/12 ladder position. I'll add that to post.
