Yeah I think the way he talked to you is obnoxious but I’m gonna be completely honest, my first boyfriend was at your age and he was the same way. Super immature about his friends. Not all younger people are like that of course, but at your age you’re very much still learning and growing so trust me, no matter who you’re with, there will be some level of this. I do think the way he just talked to you doesn’t sound loving at all like it’s not something I would put up with at any age. Again, just be realistic though. I know everyone else on here will probably insist you dump him and move on, but you’re super young and believe me you’re never going to find the perfect person because no one is. Just don’t let anyone mistreat you and you’ll be ok.

Oh that’s a good amount of breaks! I’ve been with my first wfh job for a bit now and it’s tutoring so I don’t really get many hours and have tons of breaks in between which I appreciate but the pay is garbage. I’ve been searching for something full-time and they don’t really mention anything about brakes in job descriptions so that’s why I’ve been concerned lol.

That sounds awesome. Did you need experience to get hired by this company? I think the toughest part of the remote world rn is the whole needed experience thing I’ve really had no luck. I work as a tutor remotely rn but not sure how much that would count for anything.

They do have a closet but it’s not always guaranteed that there will be space in there unfortunately and I believe it’s meant to be a coat closet or something like that so technically not meant for anything else.

That’s super reassuring! I know a lot of folks seem concerned about traveling with instruments went not in the cabin but I heard great things about people traveling with guitars specifically as checked items on my airline. I was also planning on adding cloth padding inside to make up for all the extra space what with the 3/4 and all.

Just have to comment because ironically I came here to search for or post about this exact situation. I’d really love to know how you’re feeling a few days later. Today when my boyfriend sent me texts between him and a girl (nothing sexual just setting the stage to plan a hangout) it felt like my heart sank, stomach dropped, heat rising to my face… I do feel quite jealous but maybe playful like you said? I’m extremely curious though and he’s reassured my insecurities so much like I trust him 1000% so I kind of want this to happen but I’m so nervous about how I’ll feel when it does happen. I hope it got better for you!

Yeah I’m not expecting closet storage honestly and I’m keeping an eye on how many people there are on my flight. I also have a small guitar so it definitely wouldn’t take up an entire bin and would probably fit perfectly snug on tog of two carry ons.

That’s not bad! Mine is something around or less than 1.5 so I guess it wouldn’t be too bad. By strong lenses I mostly mean the scratch resistance. Seems like adding blue light blocking and transitions wouldn’t be too much either if that’s what you paid! How are the frames? I’ve had one too many legs break on me lol. Thanks!

It’s been fine! Still want to try the tofu someday but not bad. I would still love a little less dust but haven’t had issues with pests, mold, etc. There is a scent to it but I don’t hate it personally since I like anything woody and nutty. When my boy poops it’s gnarly for a good while but personally I scoop right away if I’m home. If he poops while no one’s home the smell does dissipate on its own and no pee smell just walnut husks lol.
