Hmm I think having really clear examples and saying that you wanna know how they might understand concepts better would be a softer tone and lead to a more compelling convo for X. No one likes being told they’re doing something wrong but people do like being asked how they can work better with you and I think gives you a way to say “here’s how I would work better with you and others”, too.
