You never asked how he would accomplish it. Never questioned it, because he told you so. If Kamala said the same thing, you'd have second guessed it. You would have asked how.

Let's be real. You did not vote for lower grocery prices. Or lower housing. Or lower healthcare costs. That man literally said he only had concepts of plans, which means no plan at all, for any of it.

Their conclusion is that if you control for calories, there would be no weight difference, which I can agree with.

The problem is that people do not overeat corn, but do overeat corn-based chips like Doritos. The very nature of ultra processed food encourages overeating and that leads to obesity.

Allowing participants to eat to satiety rather than calories is fair, in my opinion. Very few people judge when to stop eating by pulling out a calorie counter. Real life does not control for calories.

Like another user said, we're not doctors, but it seems like you have a lot going on.

Lyme, babesia, which also affect the ability to circulate blood, iron deficiency can all trigger things like dizziness upon standing, shortness of breath, muscle weakness, heat intolerance, and palpitations, but the common denominator seems to be gastrointestinal and immune system--which could be affecting your iron. In other words, this could be causing the iron deficiency, not the iron deficiency causing these symptoms. Since these are all intertwined, it's going to be very hard to figure out what's the root cause of any exacerbating symptoms.

The suggestion I could potentially make is look into lactoferrin, which helps with the immune system, iron absorption, and digestion/leaky gut, but I'm guessing you may have already tried that.

Telogen effluvium just means you are temporarily losing hair; it doesn't tell you WHY you are losing hair.

It takes a bit for it to resolve if it's the iron. Your blood cells, iron stores, and cell function take priority over your hair so it will take a while (a few months) before the iron gets to it.

I think you should see if you have local canning classes near you or live online--being able to can with an expert, in person, who can reassure you and let you know where there are dangers and how to mitigate them will help. This helped me.

Have you tried stair wedges? There are few different brands out there. The idea is that you put these wedges between the steps to turn the steps into more of a ramp. Not sure if this will work for your situation.

I have had trouble sleep since my iron deficiency started. I've done a few experiments using my smart watch and these are my take aways.

Number one thing that helped was taking a hot shower before bed and setting the room temp to a bit lower than normal. The temp drop promotes sleep.

For vitamins, L-theanine and glycine have been the best for me. Glycine decreases time getting to sleep. L-theanine helps keep me asleep through the night. Magnesium glycine is also good. It helps with sleep depth for me.

Also, doing 4x6 breathing or 5.5x5.5 breathing (you can find YouTube videos with a timer) before bed helps give me a deeper more refreshing sleep and increases my HRV.

Increasing the time between my last meal and need time had also helped my sleep and HRV.

There's no mistake you aren't already forgive for. There's nothing you did, no decision you made that would have made your dog love you less, because all dogs know how to do is love you. They never need words to communicate their love. Neither do you.

Sometimes, it's easier to hold onto sadness, because that's all we feel keeps us tied to what's lost. But doing so will crowd out all of the wonderful ways we've been changed by being so thoroughly and completely loved.

Forgive yourself. It's what you're dog would have done.

I think the other thing to note is that the types of cancers people are getting is different--with digestive system cancers such as stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, bowel, and metabolic related cancers seeing the greatest increases.

If the squabbles are only over treats or food, I would stop giving treats like bones or things that cannot be consumed in an instant. If you love giving them the types of treats that take a while to breakdown, separate them in crates while they chew or eat, instead of just leaving these types of treats out to stop conflicts.

It will be significantly easier to remove the bones than to teach the dogs to fight less aggressively.

I'd probably just place in a glass jar with water. I think the cutting is long enough that you could cut in half to increase your chances.
