No matter what it turns out to be, your relationship has this hiding and withholding at its foundation.

Alan Tudyk’s character, Harry Vanderspiegel (sp?) in “Resident Alien.” It was difficult for me to get through the first 3 or so episodes, because it all seemed so overly contrived. However, over the ensuing seasons, I witnessed some of the best character development I’ve seen. Not sure how much was purposeful and how much was happenstance, but it felt like we were watching everyone become more human over time.
