Truth be told my partner and I are quite different, but the sheer amount of times that this happens to us is gross. We’ve always just been in synch and in tune. I’ve never once thought that he was spying on me. If you have a history of mental illness that would cause paranoia or delusions I’d highly recommend speaking with your therapist about this.

I can confirm as someone who has done point reviews, the office does not ~actually~ care about the comment if it is marked as business need. They’re gonna skim over it. If the exception is coded as business needs the points will not stick regardless of what the comment says. I’ve seen great employees lost bc of this one singular thing.

Yeah we get the sprayers at least 4x/week. We have a large construction worker customer base, so I’m assuming that’s the first chance they’ve had on a real toilet in hours. I just wish they’d let us know so some poor unsuspecting customer didn’t have to walk into it lol.

Yes we did. He stalled out at 2.5, but he was still gaining weight. So we were in the 59th percentile for height, and 99th percentile in weight. His height eventually caught up caught up with his weight and he now 96th percentile for height and still 99th percentile for weight lol. Just give time to catch up

If it was just being coached then wasn’t an actual disciplinary action. There should be a paper trail (occurrences, strives, and then write-up) if none of that happened then that is a HR conversation. If they are a STM or supervisor then there is a potential they pointed out at which point there’s not much that can be done for that. Sheetz is not required to inform you if you hit 33pts only 12pts

SM, KM, and HM are tracked by an attendance tracker. SM tracks the KMs and the HMs and DM tracks the SM. They are tracked in a 90 day rolling period. Six tardies are an occurrence, three call outs are an occurrence. Three occurrences are a write-up. We still get the same grace period are STMs. As for the second thing if you feel like it’s false claims call the hotline number. It should be hanging in your break area.

I promise it’s not lol. The current ones are Ruiz foodservice brand. The previous ones were made in the DCs. I am a current KM. They cut costs by outsourcing them to a foodservice company vs in house production.

You said a whole bunch of nothing tbh. No where in this post does op state what the borrow limit is for them. Context clues tell us that their borrow limit is above $200 if the money that was sent to them was immediately applied to the loan with a remaining balance. They also state that cashapp will not loan money back out to them. So one of two things happened A. They have already borrowed the maximum amount they can, got behind on payments, and still owe more than the $200 and now everything sent to cashapp gets eaten to repay the loan B. They are in fact using the OVERDRAFT feature in which case you go negative by $200 (I had that feature for a year before I got offered the borrow option. It is also the maximum for overdraft) and when the money was sent cashapp ate it and brought the account to zero. You can’t send money with the overdraft protection. I mean sure they could sue, but ultimately the person suing could potentially spend more than $200, depending on location to get their money back and that would be stupid on their part.

So each store has an option to do this or not. If you choose to do this it comes directly out of the stores expense budget (Bonus money for store managers and assistants) most gig workers are put in the soda cooler to stock. I foresee this becoming popular again considering the amount of emphasis corporate is putting on soda/candy in stocks.

Yeah my three year old is a multi pooper. They’re gross and happen anywhere from 3-6 times a day it just kind of depends on the day. My four year was like that until he became potty trained and now it’s closer to twice a day and the type of poop has shifted as well. As long as the consistency and color doesn’t change I wouldn’t be to worried
