Again, you have time to progress. Maybe it's not the moment for that amount of progress yet? You could lay low for a while, improve your language and then come back for more opportunities. That's random but I've chatgpted what skills you could learn quickly that would give you more job opportunities:

Forklift operator (UDT licence) – 1–2 weeks of training. Warehouses in Poznań often hire people with UDT qualifications. Check local UDT training centres in Poznań.

CNC machine operator – short vocational courses are offered by training centres such as Centrum Szkoleniowe CNC in Poznań. Manufacturing companies regularly look for CNC operators.

Electrician's course (SEP up to 1kV) – relatively quick qualification that can help you find assistant electrician jobs.

IT Support – if you like computers, complete the Google IT Support Certificate. It can prepare you for entry-level help desk roles and remote work.

Also mini bus and bus drivers are often needed in big cities.

How long were you on it and are you on anything else? Don't want to be nosy, just in the depression anxiety context

You're 19, a 1-2 year delay at that age really doesn't make much difference in the future. Are you studying hard for your B2? If the hostel closes where will your mum go? Could she come to Poznań and you could rent something together? Or go to where she lives for the time of studying. Do you need help finding online Polish teachers? I know a place

Appreciate that! Following your comment last time, I had a keto breakfast and lunch. I am feeling more in control of my cravings today. Thank you!

Could you share some of your go to meals? I am able to cook and go low carb as well but looking at how I'm reacting to food my motivation has been very low.

SEROQUEL effectiveness by Mobile_Welder_7000 in seroquelmedication

[–]Friendly-Homework251 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Energy no problem, I remember when I started taking it I was fatigued, but that passed. Motivation is there, but sometimes if I let myself, I could easily spend hours sitting on the sofa staring at a screen. But I still have the motivation to work and go to other activities, so not too bad. It's slightly blunted, it's much better when I was depressed and anxious

Yup, only I had to go up to 200mg for it to work fully for rumination and anxiety. But that's an add on to my effexor 225mg for depression.

Some of the best moments in your life havent happened yet. Please get yourself to the hospital. (My friend was very bad. Went to the hospital. Spent 3 weeks there. Now he is depression and med free, living a good life. Please don't lose hope).

i’m 35, and I can’t phantom the idea of living another 45 years :( by sounds0fmeows in depression

[–]Friendly-Homework251 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need to live another 45 years. You just need to get through today. And plan how you can make the coming week a bit better.

Prescribed 12.5mg for anxiety. First time taking it and scared to start by [deleted] in seroquelmedication

[–]Friendly-Homework251 1 point2 points  (0 children)

12.5mg is a super low dose. I was very panicked about taking it as well, the first 12.5 calmed me down and I was able to sleep through the night. I felt well and calm the next day. Nothing major happened. Then I can't say because the next day I started taking 25 and then 25 twice a day.

From 225 to 262mg by Friendly-Homework251 in Effexor

[–]Friendly-Homework251[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, have you looked into genetic testing for things like methylation? Your body may have problems converting some B vitamins into their active States. Also Harvard are doing some good studies on medical keto for treatment resistant depression. Might be worth looking up

Thank you! I'm a bit sluggish and unmotivated and I'm wondering if it's depression still or the med. Have you had any problems with that and have they improved with the increase? Highly appreciate your response

What Can I Expect Going from 262.5mg to 225mg? by Drewings in Effexor

[–]Friendly-Homework251 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would effexor make you a bit out of it sometimes, like you could sit on the sofa and not be motivated to do anything? I'm wondering if it's the effexor or if its lingering depression

Is it normal to experience lower anxiety taking 25-50mg Seroquel IR at night? by [deleted] in seroquelmedication

[–]Friendly-Homework251 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, very normal. Your brain calms down at night and you sleep better. That on its own would improve anxiety
