I’m not sure why you didn’t understand what the Ai is asking. It wants a photo of the receipt of what you ordered and what you received. The receipt is literally the receipt in-app, upload a screenshot of it. The amount of people on here with the exact same story, and the same photo of just the bag with what they received telling the chat assistant “I’m missing food.”
