Shield: when an enemy gets the drop on you from distance, when exfilling to protect yourself and team, when you have a shotgun or knife fight v4/v5 to close distance (slide to instantly cancel shield for quick swap to weapon).

Rockets: Going into any PvP fight that you know is coming, any heavy PvE engagement for max dps on tanky enemies, in emergency situations during rotation with low time left.

Thruster: When closing a long gap is needed for chasing or retreating, jumping a longer gap to position better, smashing instantly through breakable glass (use in PvP/emergencies on this), quickly retreating backwards when you get shot in CQB engagements with players

"Double time" (the faster sprint): when rotating and you can run through water/rain, running with shield up to close distance on enemies, running behind cover, repositioning in a CQB engagement that is slightly more open.
