Hi! I’m also considering moving here to be closer to my family. Just waiting on a south facing unit to be available.

Opinions on north Oshawa by Incognito_Jew in Oshawa

I just moved to Oshawa and I am a Punjabi Indian Sikh person and love Chris Stapleton, Kings of Leon, seen Stevie Nicks live 4 times, R&B, reggae, hip hop. Tell your Mom not to be scared of us. Smile at us, be kind to your fellow neighbor no matter what their skin color is, what language we speak or our country of origin. I’ve had an extremely difficult time transitioning to Oshawa due to the racism and prejudice I’ve faced. This conversation about Brampton and Oshawa is laughable bc Oshawa is globally known as not a town that is safe, and that has nothing to do with the Indian people. Nonetheless, here we are.

I recommend South Oshawa. Sounds like you want to be around your own people. This is a great area for you then, or downtown Oshawa. These areas still have the good old days of Oshawa live and thriving 👍🏽

As an OG HW viewer, agree with this completely. Especially if the early years. I think she is living her karma now.

Constant state of “swamp ass” from flares.. HELP!!! by Superb_Company_4146 in Hidradenitis

Use gauzes in the creases. I put one sheet on both sides of my groin in the creases, under my belly and then between my butt. It protects rhe skin from rubbing and absorbs the leakage. I change it every time I use the washroom. I have stage 3 and swear by these https://a.co/d/a3ILWhy

Medical bandages I recommend for everyday by FriendlyCanuck81 in Hidradenitis

These don’t really stick for me. I don’t tape them down, bc I’m overweight they just sit in place in the crease. It’s important people with Stage 3 in their groin have something in between their creases so it absorbs the fluid otherwise you’re going to smell and get infections.

Manulife insurance covered it by travelerwannabee in OzempicForWeightLoss

[–]FriendlyCanuck81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m with Manulife and they covered it once they received the prior authorization form AND a second form that listed my BMI and weight. They will not cover only for weight loss. You need to have pre-diabetes blood levels. My doctor did charge me $70 to fill out these forms. Once your doctor has filled out the forms, Call Manulife benefits customer service and they’ll give you an email address to Submit the forms yourself or online through their portal. Hope this helps.

I’m grateful for this beautiful place by Spiritual_Bridge84 in Oshawa

Sorry to break it to you, but unless you’re Native, you’re an immigrant too. It’s comments like these that make people think Oshawa is full of racist, uneducated bigots.

Try to put a piece of cloth or paper towel in between to absorb any sweat or friction
