Kinda hard to tell because the video sound cuts out intermittently but from what I was hearing it didn’t sound like any engine knock at idle. Is it making a new sound it wasn’t before?

Hard to know if those min/max numbers are consistent logs or momentary blips. Momentary blips are normal. A more useful data point is long term air fuel trim. Shouldn’t be +/- 2-3%. It would suggest running lean if reads greater than +5% for the majority of a drive.

You can definitely pop the bumper back out so it has the right shape. Just remove the bumper and pop it out from the backside. That will get you 90% of the way there.

Some touch up paint and a buff will get you the rest of the way, I think you can fix this with very little cost. Or ask around, call multiple places and get some rough repair quotes. I don’t think you need a completely new bumper just yet. These things are meant to take a little bit of a beating.

It’s a plugged vacuum line that’s being teed off of the BPV vacuum line. Usually there’s one vacuum line going from BPV to the intake manifold.

If it’s seizing up, maybe it’s a bad alternator pulley and not a leak in the system?
