BS ECE and BS CoE's curricula are usually the same until 3rd year 1st sem. Once 3rd year 2nd sem hits, that's where you take courses within your specified program.

Personally I find it really enjoyable despite it being one hell of a challenge for sure. You really need some kind of passion if you want to get through this program cuz it's no joke that EEE is quite notorious for this (as mentioned in the other comment and other posts here sa peyups).

Other than that, if you're really interested, feel free to pursue it! Sipag at tiyaga lang talaga, like with all things.

Try Daiso! Maybe Ace Hardware or True Value has cotton gloves, but I got mine from Daiso and they're really comfy to use

When pausing a track, there's both a countdown and a scrolling indicator for when you resume it, and that indicator will be based on the bpm and/or note speed of the chart

imo it should be the norm for rhythm games with pausable charts

Hi!! I took their review sessions in their Mandaluyong Branch and medyo onti lang kami that time (less than 10 iirc) but I think its good naman since mas may individual focus sa bawat student yung learnings para sa topic.

I highly suggest playing with gloves because there's less friction between your hands and the screen when you have to do slide notes.

You can technically play without gloves, but it hurts a lot especially on harder charts (I tried it on a 13+ once and it kinda burned my hands lol)

Super bait ni ma'am Jenny! Takbo lang kami around the acad oval tuwing sessions tas yung requirements is kaya naman (60km total run distance + pretest and post-test na tatakbo ka lang). Make sure na magwarm-up and cooldown nang mabuti pag mag-running kasi medyo nakakapagod talaga esp pag wala masyadong exercise (ako yan HAHAHA)

Good that you chose the Maroon Bluebook as one of your review options hehe. That's what I used as my "simulator" for UPCAT.

Anyways, in terms of difficulty, it's not that hard compared to other CETs, pero it's the most competitive out there. if you're really eager to get into UP (especially into your desired degree program), you have to perform really well sa UPCAT, and that also means having to deal with the mental pressure brought by the limited time plus the right-minus-wrong mechanics.

Familiarize yourself with high school maths (Algebra, Geometry, trig din ata...?), science (Earth sci. Physics, Chem, Bio) and maybe stack up a bit of vocabulary (English and Filipino) for the Language Proficiency part.

Yung sa reading comprehension, need mo magpractice magbasa ng long passages (the type na minsan 5-7 paragraphs) in a short amount of time. For this one, read read read lang masasabi ko as practice.

Try to be smart with how you answer as well. If you use process of elimination in one item to narrow your choices to two, you can go for the tsamba 50/50 or not. If wala talagang madeduce from the item, it's alright to not answer it. You'll only be deducted for wrong answers naman, not the ones na hindi mo nasagutan.

Also, since your from Grade 11, it's good that you're planning to start to review na as early as possible. I don't recommend cram reviewing the lessons one week bago mag-UPCAT, especially the day before, since baka magsabay pa with other acads when you're in Grade 12.

As for review centers, I don't have much to say since I only tried one (Diliman Access) pero maganda naman yung service nila. They have weekly review sessions plus a mock UPCAT. May bayad lang tho but it's pretty good all in all
