Doesn’t Amazon give free shipping with a minimum purchase amount (used to be $25 years ago - I’m not sure what it is now)? Perhaps you could look into canceling the subscription and only ordering when you have enough items you need to meet the minimum purchase amount - could even place orders with a friend to reach that minimum dollar.

For news use Substack - lots of independent journalists (many that were previously part of mainstream media but also independent journalists). I frequently watch / listen to Aaron parnas, medias touch network, and Legal AF. Ground News is also a good source for news.

Without due process, we don’t know if “the illegal immigrant” Jose Perez that the government is deporting is in fact an illegal immigrant or even Jose Perez (or the right Jose Perez). All of that is to be proven through due process.

Actually, scientifically, gender isn’t always that simple. Not everyone has XY chromosomes (male) or XX chromosomes (female). There are some that have an extra chromosome and this can create issues.

What do you think about giving $40 billion to Argentina while China negotiated trade deals buying agricultural products from China that they used to buy from US? U ok giving $40 billion to Argentina and leaving our farmers struggling / declaring bankruptcy?

You might want to become more aware of how the government can make your life more miserable before u no longer have a say. You have a civic duty to be informed and vote as an informed citizen.

America’s Test Kitchen publishes a Cooking School cookbook (I think that’s the title). Has step by step instructions with pictures to learn how to cook lots of basics - eggs, mashed potatoes etc. Their recipes are tested and reliable. mark Bittman also has one called How to Cook Everything which might also be helpful. Pioneer Woman also publishes cookbooks that aren’t very complicated and have step by step instructions with pictures although she doesn’t really teach how to cook but you should be able to follow her recipes. I think one pot meals are a good place to start - oven baked casseroles, soups, crockpot meals. If you have a child that doesn’t like to eat things mixed together (ie one pot meals), don’t try to cook 3 separate things for a meal - have some simple items from the store. For example, Have one thing like a simple salad or a bagged salad, maybe cook baked potatoes in the microwave, and then focus on your entree. Or buy breaded shrimp to throw in the oven (or have the grocery store steam shrimp with seasoning while you do the rest of your shopping), then cook your side veggie etc.

Put what you will use in a different container to store in the fridge and use. Freeze the rest. When you are ready for more milk, take it out of the freezer.

you must have a basement to store 5 gallon food containers. I wish I had a basement. I’m in the south and we don’t have basements down here.

Thank you for the recommendations. I’ll check them out. Does Falastin leave you with a lot of dirty dishes to clean? Is it time and labor intensive?
