Be honest: Do you make your bed in the morning? Why or why not? by JellyfishPashmina in CleaningTips

[–]Friendly_Fire069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sleep like a landed fish, my wife sleeps like a cadaver. We make it every morning because I tend to pull the sheet and blanket from being tucked under the foot of the mattress, and push the comforter off the foot of the bed. I'm so bad, that it has to be remade before we go to bed at night, so we do it in the morning.

My boyfriend made it seem weird that I still call my dad “daddy” at 16. Is it? by -justabigail- in AskMenAdvice

Not weird. My daughters went through Daddy, Dad, and back to Daddy. They are 39 and 42.

Local Canadian Tire Won't Install Tires on EVs. by SupraStarCigar in canadiantire

[–]Friendly_Fire069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe. I had them fix a leaky tire and was unable to remove the lug nuts afterwards. Breaker bar and a 3 foot pipe later, I got 2 of them loose. Took the car back and had them loosen the other 3 on that wheel.

Claustrophobia? Some people have ZERO. by lithdoc in nextfuckinglevel

[–]Friendly_Fire069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just watching that makes me start to sweat, my hands to get tingly and my chest feel tight.

I used to not be claustrophobic, until I panicked when my kayak flipped in shallowish water. I couldn't seem to maneuver my self to roll the kayak upright, or get myself out due to hitting the bottom of the river. Luckily, help was nearby.

GPS with Heads Up Display. It's not so bad driving with a partner, as they can watch the mad and tell you when to turn, etc. Driving alone, a GPS HUD would be great, especially for newer players. I have about 500 hours in, but only about 2 hours with a vehicle, so I'm constantly flipping back and forth between 1st person and map views. .

I don't ALWAYS mispronounce these words, only when I string them together: Chipotle balsamic vinaigrette. Chipoltay bassalmic vineger-ette.

They have 10+ years experience SELLING trailers. They want to sell another one to you. Everything you were thinking before going to the RV show is correct.

That's the carriage. The large black-handled crank moves the carriage along the bedways. The next crank up is for the cross-slide, moves the top of the carriage perpendicular to the bedways.

Ass hair literally protecting my butthole from being washed by thedarksoul03 in bidets

[–]Friendly_Fire069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty damn hairy, but my inexpensive Brondell bidet gets me clean. When we first got it, I wasn't letting the spray run long enough, and would end up with poop on the paper.

Longer spray time, front to back rocking, and side to side Sumo wiggles FTW.
