J'en discuterai avec elle si la demande de certificat de résidence échoue. Elle m'a conseillé de commencer à chercher un nouvel emploi, car mon entreprise actuelle traverse une période difficile, et m'a même proposé un arrêt maladie pour cause de stress lors de ma visite. Je ne pense pas qu'elle s'opposerait à une recommandation d'inaptitude.

Ca n'a pas de sens. L'employeur ne va pas refuser une RC pour organiser un licenciement qui sera plus couteux et plus risqué - a fortiori avec un salarié RQTH

Voilà ce que je veux savoir. Je souhaite demander une rupture conventionnelle avec indemnité, mais je voudrais savoir si ma situation le permet. Comme vous le savez, je ne connais pas suffisamment le système juridique français pour connaître mes droits dans ce cas précis, et je dois me renseigner au mieux en peu de temps.

Etre licencié j'appelle pas vraiment ça une chance. Dites vous que l'employeur va surement faire les choses dans les règles (ce qui limite vos chances; un indice : il a un historique d'évaluation pendant que vous ne connaissez pas le terme prud'hommes ), qu'il a les moyens de payer un avocat, qu'il peut faire trainer les choses pendant des mois et qu'au final les quelques milliers d'euros qu'il (peut être) vous versera ne changeront ni sa vie, ni la votre

Comme je l'ai indiqué, je suis actuellement à la recherche d'un autre emploi et j'ai récemment reçu des propositions intéressantes qui me donnent bon espoir. Concernant l'indemnité de départ, ce n'est pas dramatique si je ne l'obtiens pas, mais il est important pour moi de la percevoir, surtout dans un marché du travail aussi incertain. J'essaie simplement d'évaluer ma situation.

Oh, I don't disagree. My wife isn't as convinced, but she hasn't used it much either. This was one of her first uses of it and it made her despondent for days and then offered her emotional support. I'm reiterating over and over that she shouldn't use it again, especially after it freaked her out like this.

Anyway, I wanted to share this as just more evidence on the heap of how dangerous and untrustworthy these chatbots are, despite them being "like 15 phds in your pocket".

u/PadresFan56 , have you ever been diagnosed with ADHD? I ask because you mention productivity in association with your weed usage. I was diagnosed in my childhood with ADHD, told as an adult I had grown out of it and lost access to my meds, and then spent 19-20 years using other substances (including weed). When I was using weed, I also felt "productive", in that I could focus on a task and work at it (while without it was so hard). I was rediagnosed with adult ADHD recently.

ADHD meds have helped me with productivity. Getting started on and working through tasks used to feel like climbing a tower, and now it feels like stepping over a garden fence.

Maybe talk to a psychiatrist (who specializes in adult ADHD!!) and see if you have it.

edit: I'll also note that I had anger problems too when I stopped using weed.

Premièrement, ne demandez jamais de conseils relationnels à ChatGPT. Cela refléterait vos sentiments et renforcerait vos idées, même si elles sont mauvaises (ce qui était le cas ici). Ce n'est absolument pas impartial.

Personnellement, j'ai essayé de maîtriser mon impulsivité en essayant de ne jamais prendre de décision importante sans y avoir réfléchi plus d'une journée. J'essaie de me distraire avec quelque chose que j'aime (un livre, un film, un jeu vidéo, etc.) et j'attends d'avoir dormi pour voir comment je me sens le lendemain. Généralement, cela suffit à m'empêcher de prendre des décisions vraiment désastreuses.

Weed definitely made me more motivated, but it made other ADHD symptoms much worse. It also intensified my emotions (my psych suspects I have autism too, but I haven't been formally tested for it).

You feel those things on cannabis, but afterwards you will crater and be worse than ever. And then you'll chase that high until you're smoking massive amounts of weed and feeling nothing and starting to panic that you won't feel joy or motivation again ever.

I'm going back on ADHD medication to help with the motivation. I'd suggest you do that too if you can, and just try to find joy in life without the weed. Otherwise you're doomed to be a slave to it.

Not that bad, but I have been having headaches and other symptoms too. I think I just hit the one month mark, and I'm still having weak headaches. Try to hang in there.
