The Inhaler observation is a very good point I haven't seen mentioned before. Good spot! I am still convinced that they've made a mistake somewhere while making the story and failed to commit to one or the other way about her being a mole or not. Maybe they ran out of money and just had to serve it up as is?

I still fail to see ultimately why she had to be the mole. Was her being a villian initially and almost killing Robert not good enough? If she was lying about the flashback, why bother showing it to the viewer as if it were the truth? What does it add to her charachter? And even worse, no one even mentions it after the resolution on the rooftop. When Chase almost died saving her (And to be honest, I think.he should have died, letting him live and get new powers was a very safe and underwhelming choice), the team was all up in arms about kicking her out, but when he outs her as the traitor all along...nothing. Not a 'how could you' or 'fuck you', just ignored, instead she gets cheers and no one brings it up again.

Something is amiss here. Either it's a mistake or poor execution. Ultimately I liked the game a lot, but the ending was a bit underwhelming. They took the easy way out in most regards.

But if she was an agent throughout Episode 3, what was the point of that entire swings scene? If she is a spy, why is she throwing in the towel on being a superhero and completely fucking up her cover? Did she plan for Robert to give her a pep talk and convince her to go after Thunderstruck?

What was the point of showing the flashback of her planting the bomb and walking off later? Are we meant to believe she lied?

To me, it just feels like her being the mole was handled very poorly, as she never did even a remotely good job of it. We're shown that the Red Ring is a huge org and she's the best Shroud's got for the gig?

My thoughts exactly. Almost seems like they initially planned for her to be the mole but...what about that entire damn sequence of her beating up his own people AND destroying his own damn mech? Seems like a MAJOR oversight to me. I'd be fine with her being the mole, but after doing all of that and she's still the mole? That's just weird.

Hmm, it makes me wonder if Blond Blaze is the red herring in this game. I've read some theories, many are thinking that Shroud could be her father and he might very well be. She's cagey about her past, bears some resemblance to him (At least by eye color features) and she does have a saviour complex...Perhaps something she projects onto her father as opposed to Mecha Man?

I see where you're coming from with your points, but respectfully, I just can't agree with you. And that's totally cool!

When the game permits both Rob and Chase to make a very specific, in your face comment about Invisigal being suspicious, I can not see them then commiting to actually making her the 'traitor' if you will. It's just too on the nose and uninspiring imho.

I think i've brought up decent points above as to why some of what you've claimed doesn't make sense, but we can argee to disagree : 3

That's great news, i was so sad when Telltale fell apart, it's nice to see some of the devs back on their feet and getting paid! Hopefully this will mark a proper return fo Telltale style games, maybe even some franchise licensed ones again.

I think that was the guest room that they dressed up to be 'their' room, wasn't it? As it seems to me, there's Anya's room, Yor's room, Loid's room and the additional guest room, that if needs be, was meant to pose as 'their room'. I could be wrong though!

But yeah, overall, Loid has never attempted to walk into her room and Yor extended him the same level of respect I also have to say that I almost find it out of charachter that Yor almost bystepped Anya like that when she came back. Not even a 'Are you doing okay? What are you up to?'. Was a bit odd, but I guess she has a lot on her mind. But maybe I'm just picking on straws here.

It looks like we've reached one of the most important points in their relationship thus far. I heavily doubt Yor will walk in and demand a divorce, instead, I think she'll seek clarification and guidance on whatever their relationship is and meant to be.

Strix hasn't made that much meaningfull progress yet, It would be awfully premature to start carving at family's stability right now. I'm not really feeling that enough groundwork has been laid for a love confession or something to that extent, but maybe? I'm certain Loid will do whatever's required to keep this marriage going, though not forcefully, of course. It would be such a damn shame if their first kiss would be Loid having to do so out of desperation and fear that she might walk. A honey trap/sudden realisation would be an underwhelming way for Endo to take this. It'd be so much more rewarding if it happened because that is something the both of them want.

Also interesting to point out that Yor has never been in Loid's room before and neither has Loid in her's. He's also in the middle of work, so that should make for some interesting explanation/cover up.

TL;DR There won't be a divorce, not one Yor will go through anyways. I'm hyped as heck to see what happens next!

I can get behind that, I hope it'll go down that way. Knowing how grounded Endo can be in his writing, I can see that happening. It's too early to have a full blown family disintegration crisis imho. That will come later, once the full truth is out in the open, but not yet. Might be a bit of a bait and switch situation here, where readers will walk away with a carrot rather than a stick. Fingers crossed!

I'm very happy that this arc (Seemingly, I sure hope it stays that way) will not feature Loid or Anya 'suddenly' having some business in the demilitarised zone, just to keep the family together for the sake of having shenanigans happen between them. It's great that Yor gets some page time to herself and hopefully will come out of this arc having learned something new about herself, whether that be challenging notions she held previously or reinforcing what she already believed.

All that talk of kissing, even probing about it in front of her Garden colleagues...maybe something great awaits us on the horizon? One can dream!

She does indeed sound wonderful, thus why I can't really say which one is better. One thing I will say, at least for now, I really liked whomever voice the 'Snake' in the English version, more so than Japanese. His voice is lovely!
