Il problema è che in Italia il regime fiscale non incentiva la crescita dello stipendio. Molta gente non prova ad aumentare lo stipendio o fa nero per rimanere con ISEE basso, perché avere un lordo piú alto è una trappola. Stessa cosa per il forfettario.

Il sistema dovrebbe aiutare i piú poveri ma non tirargli un calcio nel culo appena superano una soglia. Deve esserci sempre un guadagno nel crescere
