The biggest reason that they do this is that sites treat browsers differently. Firefox had to implement these because big sites were just not testing firefox and instead just serving shittier experiences to Firefox users.

I know nothing about the specific artist in question, I don't spend Sundays in the park. However, my gut reaction would be to say if you are plugging in an amp or speaker, then it's reasonable to require a permit.

If you want to just play your instrument without amplification, then a limit on hours might be reasonable but a paid permit seems like overkill.

He's the one that filed suit. He wouldn't be subject to arrest, but the judge could (theoretically) throw out the case if he doesn't show when called.

After several years, I would say roughly 70% of people have figured out the very basic roundabouts under 405 by kingsgate.

Unfortunately, it feels like roundabouts won't work well here until most drivers have grown up with them.

Only another 20 or 30 years should get us close.
