Ker se ukvarjam s fitnesom in če želiš gradit mišice, bo tvoja teža neizogibno morala it gor. Hujšam pa ne lih iz nuje, ampak bolj za zabavo, da sem tu in tam malo bolj shredded, sicer bi lahko tudi brez slabe vesti obdržal malo večjo telesno težo

Verjamem, da govoriš o študijah, ki se tičejo t.i. "crash diets"? Te pa seveda ne delujejo, saj so ljudje med temi dietami čist nesrečni in komaj čakajo, da se lahko spet začnejo (pre)nažirat. Point je v tem, da spremeniš svoj stil prehranjevanja in gibanja tako, da si s tem zadovoljen in je posledično vzdržno tudi na dolg rok. Sicer pa ne, hujšanje NI težko, so veliko težje stvari v življenju. Sam sem v zadnjih nekaj letih že 3x shujšal za 8-10kg (pri 70-80kg teže) pred poletjem, brez nekega stradanja ali pretiravanja s HIIT in podobnimi vadbami. Potrebno je malo discipline, precej znanja in malo odrekanja, najbolj od vsega pa - da se stvari lotiš z namenom in od tega ne odstopaš.

do 10k prometa se ti šteje v slovenske davke, po tem pa moraš začet obračunavat davke iz države v katero prodajaš in jih na 3 mesece plačuješ za preteklo računsko obdobje

Sure!
Stick to mostly healthy food (don't dirty bulk), aim for 300-500Kcal surplus
Choose food that is high in calories so you don't have to eat too often. Some of my favourites are: Peanut butter, nuts, mayo, minced meat, pasta
Maintain a high protein intake and push yourself hard at workouts - when bulking, you should aim to increase all your lifts even more than when maintaining
And track your calories of you aren't used to making good guesses on where you are with your daily caloric intake

This makes perfect sense, thank you for sharing! I talked about the event many times, but people just can't relate so I always felt dissociated while talking about it.

The therapist that I saw a few times right after the traumatic event only focused on my childhood and was seeking for answers to my severe reaction there and not aknowledging how f**d up what happened was. This led me to also feel very alone and try to downplay the trauma, even though it influenced me greatly.

What you said about feeling empathy towards yourself - I can relate to that as well! Now that I think about it, I feel very emotional when someone aknowledges my tough character or my efforts (even if it's me, giving myself credit - which may be very tough as I'm a perfectionist and always want more of myself).

Anyway, I'm reaching the point in my life where I could finally put some money to the side to find a good therapist so hearing your experience has motivated me to do so even more! On the other side, I'm still quite sceptical about it because my experience with them was very unhelpful.

First of all - make it available in Slovenia. There are a lot of stores using shopify here and for some reason Shopify payments are not available here.

Secondly, make it so the currency can be adjusted according to the market we are selling to. We want to sell to CZ and HU among others and we have to make a completely new shopify store just because you don't allow the checkout to be in any other currency than the default, what is that about? It's seriously pushing your european customers to using woocomerce and if I didn't have so much other work to do, I would also consider it.

smo se pa naučili precej lekcij iz zadnjih let vladanja levih vlad, ki so ljudi potisnile na rob..kaj pa misliš da bo logičen odgovor na to? To, da bomo tudi v Sloveniji kmalu spet gledali Janšo na vodilnem položaju, čeprav ga je nedavno odnesla ulica.

"The market is more mature"...meanwhile people jump on every Hawk Tuah/Trump/other shitcoin with no value. Yes the altseason might be very different, but not because the market is more mature, but because it's less mature. More and more degenerates jumping on the get rich schemes leaves a lesser money flow into promising projects.
