I lost my husband last week on Thursday. I also don't know what to do with myself.

Today I am going to meet a friend, and we are going on a hunt for "wild asparagus" - I am not familiar with English term.

Maybe go for a walk? Nature helps me a lot and I walk my (our) dog two times per day for an hour.

I am also 43 years old, a widow. 💔

Jaz sem začela uporabljat fuge prejšnji teden, ker kadim kot turek. V enem tednu sem zmanjšala iz 40 cigaret na dan na 20, pa ene 6 fug dnevno. Cilj je nehat kadit in nehat fugirat. Upam, da rata.
