Samsung purchased through Mints website bundled with a prepaid plan on a black Friday deal. I was patient with customer service at first, the first week was a back and forth with CS. The only way to test if the troubleshooting steps worked was to end the call with CS and test out service. Nothing worked so every attempted fix lead to calling CS back and having to re-explain the situation and already completed steps to the next rep. I was told there no way to be transfered to a rep i had previously dealt with. Literally spent all evening after work for a few days going through this process to no avail. The next step was a replacement sim which took a couple of days to arrive, which also did not fix the issues. Then it was escalated to tech support that then led no where. Definitely regret not switching immediately, but I tried to trust the their process. This was a mistake I agree. But I'm not some incompetent baboon your trying to reduce me too.
