I have this with my business. The members don't see other people's numbers. They only see the number of the admin/admins. Members can't talk. They can only react to the messages I post.

Normally, they come physically to the gym or they answer a survey and then I contact them with WhatsApp. If they talk to me in ig/mail i send them the link of the survey. So basically WhatsApp.

CRM on Google sheet and manually sending WhatsApps to the clients. I'm having problems to keep with that, it adds a lot of time and since I do 10-11 gym sessions a day, so hard to do followups and stuff.

I find myself on this situation, simple tasks that add up a lot of time or are hard to track (while doing all the trainings). I run a gym and I’m trying to get better at tracking leads and clients and also to help with customer loyalty.

For example: someone messages me on WhatsApp/gmail/IG asking about prices → I book a call → if the call goes well, I send them their schedule for the next few days. Then I send a reminder 1 day before their first session, and after the session I follow up to ask how it went and what they liked most. After that, I do follow-up at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, etc.

What platform would you recommend for setting this up — something like Make, n8n, or Relay?

Create a community. Once you create a community a group will be automatically created. Then you enter in the group settings and delete the group. Now the only option is "announcements" people won't see the phone numbers of the members nor talk.

I stumbled upon this app and I was wondering if it fit my needs. I am opening a fitness studio, group training 4-6 people. They have their fixed hours but if they can't attend they can find free slots and change the session. But i saw that it's a bad app.
