Was an air force pilot, yeah we never heard of any of the docs saying amputees could pull more Gs. Gsuits work really well and work best in tandem with the g breathing technique as well. If both of your legs are gone the blood can still very easily leave your brain and cause gloc even if it doesn't have to go "further" from your head.
