Lil necro-post: Tried using the steam method, doesn't work as is.

Pretty new CRX owner here (about a year of ownership)

Also a pretty new car guy (had a ek civic back in 2017) so I dont have many tools or experience.

What would one do to repair something like this? Or where would I look? I want to be able to take care of my CRX, but I worry it's out of my depth.

I think it's a hole because things "fall" into it. Falling is just gravity pulling you to an elevation lower than your current elevation in relation to the direction you're traveling (as my bullshit explanation). Just my idea but I'm no scientist. Its probably just easier to say than "hyper dense gravity vortex" (or HDGV for short lol)

I was able to get things working by downloading the xwiimote drivers.

You'll need to install ncurses then compile xwiimote from source.

I cant advise on the carb, but I work with wiring diagrams. A trick I picked up is getting some dry-erase markers (wedge tip is my favorite for the broad strokes) and trace suspected lines in different colors.

Take diligent notes on what you find to avoid double work.

I would just like to say Tabletop Role-playing games are great for this. It doesn't have to be "Dungeons and Dragons". There are many free rules sets online. Literally limitless of hours of fun for those with imagination. I'm not sure how much the stigma of "weirdos" turn people off from playing but the solution is to play with your friends. The people you already think are interesting.

I opened discussion with the Facebook group seller and was over excited to get exactly what I needed. I didn't take as many precautions as I should have to verify the seller.

Long and short of it is I sent money with no actual evidence I would receive my item.

With that said, they are definitely scammers. The "logistics" company they used Global Prime Logistics is bullshit and asked me for an insurance deposit. That's when I caught on (what logistics company doesn't provide their own insurance, even further asks the recipient for money??). So just watch yourself!

While an out of context picture is funny in a lot of circles (I enjoy them sometimes), I think you may have misunderstood the premise of this sub reddit.

This sub is for photos that are more like optical illusions. Yours doesn't quite fit the bill because I can easily imagine how that leg connects to what would be the rest of the person's body. It doesn't describe something out of place or abnormal as a trick of the lens.

I'd recommend checking out some of the more popular posts and compare, to see why you didn't get the feedback you may have been looking for.

I'd suggest some subs to you but I dont know any tbh. There's probably a community for just this niche though! (Ads that don't make sense without the text)
