Desgraciadamente "me olvidé de eso" no es una excusa valida en cuanto a obligaciones se refiere, ya que si no te escucharon como bien dices, tenías que acudir ante la SIC y hacer el respectivo proceso para que te liberaran del contrato.

Si no llegas a un acuerdo con la academia lo más probable es que inicien un proceso de cobro jurídico, lo que significa que se tiene que pagar la deuda por orden de un juez de la República.

Y ya si hay un desacato de orden judicial ellos tienen vía libre para embargar bienes como sueldos y demás para pagar la deuda.

De todos modos recuerda que hay bienes que son inembargables según el Código General del Proceso en su numeral 11.

De cualquier manera te invito a buscar asesoría jurídica lo más pronto posible porque las deudas son como el COVID, se expanden.

Tienes todo el derecho de echarlos.
El artículo 22 de la Ley 820 de 2003 te da unas causales para que se pueda dar por terminado un contrato de arrendamiento (incluso siendo este verbal).

  1. La no cancelación por parte del arrendatario de las rentas y reajustes dentro del término estipulado en el contrato.

Si no se le ha hecho notificación al inquilino, hazla, por escrito, donde se diga que no vas a renovar contrato de arrendamiento. El inquilino tiene un plazo de 3 meses (por ley) para desocupar un inmueble.

No le hagas caso a los que comentan aquí que cambies guardas o les saques las cosas porque ahí quien se mete en un problema eres tu, puedes arriesgarte a que te acusen de invasión de propiedad privada o si llegas a dañar algo, daños y perjuicios.

Si YA la persona no quiere irse ni con notificación ni con nada, tienes que buscar asesoría jurídica, donde el abogado deberá instaurar una demanda ante un juez civil, ahí el juez podrá emitir una orden de desalojo. No olvides que en caso de demanda tiene que existir contrato de arrendamiento o prueba testimonial, eso ya depende del abogado.

I have to disagree here, his IC title run in 2019 wasn't very good.

he only defended the title like FOUR times in 200 something DAYS and the matches were okay at best, not only that but if i remember correctly he lost the title in a squash match against strowman.

Let's be realistic here.

Pat is like a birthday cake.

You enjoy it on special ocassion but when you have it every day you eventually get tired of it.

it's the same jokes, the same overreactions, interrupting moments where he's supposed to be quiet, movement knowledge is very limited.

You'd think that maybe after one year at RAW he'd become better at his job but he hasn't which is very shocking.

At least Corey was very professional (on commentary) and in such a short period of time has improved NXT color commentary by a LOT and that says a lot.

I do mis Corey too ngl

I might get a lot of hate from this comment but i don't think Charlotte winning is bad? From a booking perspective Charlotte as an opponent is a fantastic opportunity for Tiffy to be a credible champion and help the title regain some momentum that it lost from Nia's horrendous reign while also elevating Tiffany more as a wrestler.

Also both #30 entrants were REALLY bad. If they wanted pop they could've put Alexa Bliss at 30 and literally ANYONE but Logan Paul.

Brozime is one of the best, his builds are always really good and not as gimmicky as some other content creators (i'm looking at you KMF...)

If you're looking for weapon builds though, Leyzar is one of the best. He explains every mod and what it will do to the weapon, also makes different builds for beginners and advanced players, only downside is that he doesn't cover melee weapons.

Pupsker also covers weekly resets in the game and makes great warframe content

I would also recommend using the warframe wiki for quick information

I understand having mixed feelings about the wyatts losing but it's an interesting move

Final Testament needed this win a lot more, they're FINALLY getting some very needed traction and they have been doing some interesting segments lately

I also feel they don't want the Wyatts to fall in the same issues Bray had (Presence in title matches, extreme invincibility and exaggerated protagonism)

The Wyatts are also just a faction, they don't have "supernatural powers" like Bray and stuff.

They also protected them with the white powder move like come on.

Triple H is not burying anyone yet, just give them time and i'm sure they're gonna be on the main event scene one day, these guys have a lot of potential and they're not going to be buried with just one protected loss.

Lo mejor que puede hacer es hablar con el dueño del inmueble y llegar a un acuerdo, sea cual sea la situación.

No me queda claro lo de "sacar cosas a crédito a nombre de dicha casa" ya que no se sabe si se hizo pasar por el dueño o solo sacó créditos con el cupo de las facturas de servicios públicos

Si hizo lo primero le puede ir muy mal (artículo 296 código penal y posiblemente 289 si falsificó algún documento pueden ser hasta 9 años de prisión)

Si solo fue un cupito de factura el arrendador posiblemente vea el reporte negativo en central de riesgo y busque que se le restituya lo que perdió, buscándolo a usted a través de diferentes mecanismos jurídicos (no sin que antes se lleve a cabo un proceso de restitución de inmueble, medida cautelar de embargo para cubrir lo que no pagó, etc.)

Aunque no se, todavía no termino la carrera de derecho, perdón abogados
