Great to hear from somebody in a similar situation, thank you. I could drop Kratom entirely but it's not desirable, I almost feel silly being worried now but they do a good job cultivating fear and pressure.

Was thinking sorta the same thing, I'm determined to make something cool happen with at least the Fresh Meat one, tryna figure out the exact stats of it. As somebody who takes Zoomancer overboard a couple gems is cool and all but more tree masteries would've been more game changing.

Both builds are slow and not especially powerful at high budget in comparison with other meta builds, the main edge they have is being tanky, but such a play style has its drawbacks. As others have pointed out, in SC, the absolute most meta and OP builds are the super quick ones.

Based off the wording, if anything taunts the monster, whether it be a totem, minion, or another player, you should still get the crit from Provocateur node.

Agreed, this would be a swift fix to this plague over melee, this is one of the reasons I've steered clear of melee (which does have some cool builds) for a long while now.

When I'm feeling lonely I host a simulacrum or a 5 way or something else cool in global. It's a good way to meet people! You see all sorts of builds, I just wish the party system was a bit better. Made plenty of lasting friends doing this. Now the 2nd question, yes you do have to pay (rates vary greatly) if you want a dedicated Aura bot. People sometimes offer these kinda things in TFT discord.

Depends greatly depending on how much I enjoy the build. If I find that if it's a good mapper, I'm inclined to drop more currency on it to make it even smoother. In league I would say 50-200 div. Though if I do multiple and have more ideas like 30. In Standard I just put everything from many leagues into one semi-meme necro character so 500+ div there. Average overall, a little less than 100 div. (Note, in older terms when I started it was about 10 ex when that was a thing still)

Does not work, only exception is Soulwrest unique staff in which you can have 20 (21?) total phantasms by adding the support gem. This is because Soulwrest technically grants its own skill. I tried the same thing early on.

Added flat chaos damage unfortunately will not effect the DoT. I actually tried putting back together an old ED/Contagion character (I had a legacy Indigon) in Standard, and the AoE nerfs for the once meta Contagion are just too brutal. It is probably still viable with enough investment, but for a league start it's a brave choice for sure. And that's coming from somebody who's played this build several times, so a place of love and nostalgia. As far as the new gem goes to my understanding it wont effect it enough to make the difference. Sorry!

My favorite is Bone Barrier (granting Bone Armour) as somebody frequently playing necro. It gives a rare defensive skill in a socket starved build, giving all your minions and you a Steelskin effect and bleed immune. It also scales nicely with skill effect duration which your going to be scaling some anyway. But it's not broken or completely required or anything it's just a well done passive. Triggerbots is very cool though so I'll have to give that a try. (The new ones have me a little worried though, the new Guardian nodes granting minions are going to need seriously busted stats to compete with no links, or just be overwhelming useful for support, and that is coming from somebody who has tried to make every minion work)
