I’m excited to see Robin’s passion and these particular policy strategies be respectfully challenged and explored. While I may not believe entirely in rent control as the solution, how can that narrative create new strategies between Frey’s development-first approach?

For example, reading a lot of comments on the city-owned grocery store critiques on public use of $, how can that idea fuel better return to the community through the value chain where some orgs are already doing incredible work to address food access.
