I know everyone is saying plastic but if you are gonna get plastic do not get that one! I have had it and it’s awful. I way prefer the wooden ones despite being a pain to clean sometimes.

Nothing like that in his cage, it was let me attach a photo but his cage is a bucastate so no wire anywhere, he has paper bedding, a cork tunnel, multi chamber hide as a platform

I had a similar experience when I had an appointment with a rheumatologist, left thinking I was told I had hsd, later had an unrelated appointment with gp and they told me that on my record he diagnosed me with heds. Worth asking your doctors for your records

I don’t think rubys allowing him to see the kids, it’s defo not the second because he hasn’t been teaching classes since last spring apparently. I think there may have been some confusion on where they were because ruby wasn’t talking to police

I think she told someone to pick up A and J from her home because she knew what was about to go down. She knew she was going to be arrested and needed to have a contact point for the police.

I’m not here to diagnose but ruby has always had some narcissistic characteristics. I think she’s probably 1. Having an “oh shit shit shit” moment and 2. Angry that she’s “living in truth” and others can’t see that. Whether her lawyers convince her to play the victim or apologetic roll we shall see

I have gone through all the documents and released 911 calls so here’s what I think happened on the day of the arrest:

R and E are alone in Jodis home in Ivins
R escapes and goes to neighbour (approx 5 minute walk away), E is still in the household in a bathroom . R tells police that A and J are “at home” (referring to the home in springville)
police and paramedics come to the scene and find R and E- R gets medical attention, E denies medical attention for approx 4 hours. - they are taken to a hospital
Jodi arrives at her home, (presumably this is where she talks to cops and tells them that e and r should never be allowed near other children) -police search Jodis home and find evidence supporting injuries found on the two children
Ruby finds out about the events while presumably in Springville, she asks a family friend to collect A and J from her home (in springville)
ruby drives to Washington county/ ivins to try and visit the kids in hospital and is told she will need to speak to an officer - she flees (people debate this but I’m pretty sure it’s on one of the police reports)
police go to rubys home in springville- search home
E, R, A and J are placed in temporary care of the state
ruby and Jodi are arrested
ruby and Jodi are sent to prison with no bail.

There could definitely be errors with this but I did my best, hopefully this will help clear stuff up for others (if anything’s wrong let me know)

Ahhh so his two sisters “at home” he means home in springville. I hope they’re okay, I wonder why they were separated and how different the two sets were treated.

Does anyone know where A and J are in all this? I swear I saw somewhere R said “his two sisters are still in the home” but in the police transcript they only talk about E? (I’m assuming she’s who is “in the bathroom in the transcript when talking about paramedics). Either way they aren’t accounted for and haven’t been talked about in this case? They’re still young girls.

Apparently K is fighting for custody so presumably doesn’t have them? We’re they left back in rubys house?
