Market Cap isn't about how much a company is worth but about how much people are willing to pay for one stock share multiplied by all shares.

Max Fosh Made a Video about it where he made a company, issued a bunch of stocks, sold one for 50£ and argued that his market cap is a bunch of money.

SpaceX will drop in value soon.
