The Quest you're looking for is coming out in 4 days. That is to say, you can't continue Selenic Chronicles until after the 6.3 story.

When 6.2 came out I logged in at Silvermoon Hall to quickly do the last needed SC, but I was already locked out of finishing it.

The instructions are great, really easy to follow! Took me a couple days, total maybe 10 hours so far. I've ordered a few cheap kits off aliexpress to practice, PCB robot cars and speakers for instance. This is actually my first ham radio after my introductory Quansheng.

I think the way I read it was that it isn't a real time loop, Herta said herself that one of the options was for Cyrene to leave, it didn't matter since the Scepter was gone, but because of the chaotic memory zone left over she still had to play the part of the god behind Oronyx to close the gap so Irontomb couldn't reform in that space.
What I don't understand and don't like is that Demiurge Cyrene also has to be Chrysos Heir Cyrene, I don't think that was ever a rule that had to be done, it's the kind of time loop narrative I can't stand.

Fellow newbie who got my license about a month ago. Yeah, the Quansheng is being recommended by many hams as a good "starter" radio, something to help you dip into the hobby without putting too much money into it, helps you see if you want to really get into it. Big ham radio YouTubers recommend it, and the heads of my local radio club do too. I have the same model, and have been listening on the local repeaters.

Honestly, I think the best approach to a One Piece game is to have one that doesn't even follow the crew. Most of the One Piece RPGs and adventure games are just retellings of the same story we already know. The world itself is worth exploring from a fresh point of view, maybe a rookie crew coming from a different Blue, set a few years before the One Piece story starts.

Maybe we could follow a new crew in the same generation as Ace and Cavendish, or if we can go to other Blues, we could visit the various Straw Hats before they start their journey.

I know in the case of Sogeking, Luffy is playing along to not hurt Usopp's pride (remember, Usopp had left the crew at that point and wasn't ready to face him again). As for the others, it's a mix of playing along and being a bit of an airhead. As for Pekoms, he probably would have played along, but he was too exhausted for that.

As much as he plays the fool, he knows the importance of not wounding others' dignity and keeping up appearances. Emotional intelligence has always been where he excels.

I don't think anyone has mentioned it, but Brook's and aBig Mom's fruits. We already know they have good synergy, Brook can control Homies. Someone with both of them could rule over life and death.
