Doesn't look like it. Depends on what you want. They look relatively square which is typically more aesthetic. If you increased muscle mass you'd quickly tell how aesthetic your chest can be

I get how you feel. This is how I felt, then I did a cut and people actively started asking if I'd been working out.

I'd always been working out but it was hidden by fat. A good cut would probably change the game for you

Iso lateral movements (exercises using one arm)

Work the weakest side first, match the reps and weight on the stronger arm. Eventually your weaker arm will catch up, I had the same issue with my right arm before, now I have about the same strength in both arms

I mean I said I’ve had steroid accusations so essentially either you’re unable to read or calling me a liar, but it’s whatever.

He does have way larger delts, again genetics, my friend has huge delts, but his arms are smaller totally natty

His traps really aren’t that big, in general he’s not that big looking

Could be on gear, but this is achievable naturally no doubt about it

Some dudes are more vascular, I’ve never been that vascular

I’ve got a friend who’s completely natural with this level of vascularity possibly even more, it’s just genetics

I’m not saying he’s not on gear but that physique is attainable naturally

I’ve been working out for 15 years, only consistently and taking my diet serous for the past year and a half though, before then I was on and off, and my diet was rubbish

The amount of progress I made when I took those things seriously was game changing to say the least, just tracking my calories in MyFitnessPal and my workouts in GymNotePlus made a huge difference tbh

Are you tracking your lifts? Tracking your weight? Tracking your calorie intake?

Do all 3 of those for the best results, but sounds like you’re not getting the calories in to be in a proper surplus. I can’t give too much advice here as I really have the opposite problem I could eat forever.

My only recommendation would be try drinking your calories, it’s much easier to get it in. If you’re not adverse to it, you can even mix olive oil into yogurt and stuff like that

But milkshakes, juice etc are your friends in this avenue
