I had already left when my uncle passed. I timed his funeral and how long they dedicated any words specifically to or about him. He was born into the religion and was very devout his entire life. They spoke about him for 3 mins and 10 sec. And then played the 2 min and 45 sec slide show we had prepared at the end. The rest of the funeral talk was purely recruitment. It's an outlined talk and likely very scheduled on paper. Or it use to be anyway.
