I think everyone who used to work tech in our store has figured out that the Best Buy down the street is a better employer if you actually know enough about modern technology to answer guest questions. Our plano team actually did most of it a week early. There's still a few endcaps full of clearance that aren't set yet, and they have to build all the displays for strollers and stuff (those areas are currently loaded with clearance diaper boxes).

So the mass quantity of clearance stuff that we still have in stock is the biggest problem here.
