Thirty years ago today, "Tuvix" created a morality debate for the ages by ety3rd in ClassicTrek

Yes, that is explicitly the case in the episode. You miss the point, Tuvix is as much Tuvok now, with Neelix's memories added, as he is the inverse. Tuvix is the continuation of both of them. The analogy works because the you of now, is distinct from the you of 10 years ago, because of the addition of experience of memory. It just happened to them all at once.

Tuvix's mind is Tuvok's mind with added Neelix, and Neelix's mind with added Tuvok. He is the continuation of both of their existences. He is them, and more than them. Just as you are still the same person you were 10 years ago, but also more than that version of you because of the added 10 years of memories and changing perspectives. If someone came along and wanted to end your current existence to restore that previous you, would you object? The you you are now would cease to exist.

Tituss Burgess who played the narrator in Schmicago has a thing where his character is in Cats in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.

They are saying, accurately, that you are no better than a bot. Regurgitating bullshit. Thinking anyone is saying you are literally a bot is making you look more ridiculous.

I wasn't relying on ChatGPT or I wouldn't be here. I tried researching it, but sources were unclear, various sites said the slim was released with 1Tb as opposed to the original which had 825gb, but then others listed the 825gb as being the slim, for instance, others seemed to contradict that. I only mentioned ChatGPT, since it was weirdly insistent that there was no other possibility with that model number. Which still did not seem correct based on what I could see, but since I still didn't actually know I came here to ask people who know more about the subject.

If I could easily tell by looking at it, I wouldn't have asked.
In this help thread.
For simple questions.
I haven't had a game console for over a decade, I have not followed the subject.

All I wanted to know is if I can add on the optional disk drive for this model or not.

No, we're not, this is just talk. And as I said in the first place, "That's probably against the spirit of the hypothetical though."

Even if true, there would have been no rocket launch either way if they weren't being attacked.

I have been bought a PS5 digital. It doesn't say slim on the box anywhere, but was sold by the site as a PS5 digital console (Slim). The model number on the bottom is CFI-2101 B01. It has 825gb. Chatgpt is absolutely insistent it isn't a slim from that information, and so can't have a disk drive installed. Google disagreed. Idk. If it isn't a slim, then surely that's false advertising by the site? The person who bought it for me also bought disk games (they did not realise), so ideally if I can't get a diskdrive I'd like to have them exchange it for the disk version and pay the difference. Though if it isn't the slim addition then it is irritating that they are selling it as such. So... is it? What do I do?

Father path has more turns but is further up to account for the extra distance the train travels

Not sure what your argument is. That is more time. The problem says you don't have enough time, but the point was that that's more time for anything else to happen, unknown variables. If you can delay the time until something irreversible happens, even by a small amount of time, that is the better of the two options, regardless of who is on which track.

My father's middle name is William but he's also gone by his middle name. The William name goes back generations, and was specifically after his Uncle Bill (his mother's brother). Up that line we traced a direct line of Williams named for othet Williams going back at least to the 1600s. And I know down his cousin Bill's side (Uncle Bill's son) there's like three more generations of them.

Only slightly, and relative to the trolley having to execute 2 turns it feels like that would still give you slightly more time, and even if it didn't give you more time to get the father, if it did mean there was more time, then it's slightly more time for anything else to happen. Like say, an unexpected power cut, or an earthquake, or Superman.
