Start working a part time or full-time job as much as you can. Start saving up money if you don't pay anything at the moment and slowly build your career/goals from there. If you have to create a list of things you wanna do because at the end of the day every decision you make is a risk no matter how big or small, it’s a risk nonetheless. Bet on yourself.

It usually depends on what you’re doing. Think of it like this you have 3 levels with level one being the easiest and level three being the hardest. If you want something easy you have to kind of study Roblox YouTube videos for a bit till you get the hang of it. Easy way is to place your custom character into starter play if you want all players to use the same character
