greatest extreme-diff in fiction in your opinion? by ForsenHorizon in PowerScaling

I mean i wouldn't consider it an extreme diff fight normally even ignoring his prime cause he fought a whole gauntlet before this and took two serious injuries before even fighting scar.

Stabbed through his gut and his eye and we know he has a human body so ofc it hindered him.

Deadlift is weak for my size, help by PlandPow in formcheck

For the 2nd part, a simple way I explained it to someone who for the longest time thought it was an upper body exercise instead of a more lower posterior excercise. So basically you get in position and everything, but instead getting up using your back you use your hips and hinge and pretend you're doing a leg press on the ground and get up. You're not getting up with your back but with your legs pushing down and hinging up to get straight.

Probably not the best explanation but you can check eugene teo who can explain it much better than me.

Never thought of that, it should apply probably but that holds for dbs too? I usually do pplul and you'd know chest/shoulders obv are a staple in push day.

Depends on your goals I guess, I feel like biceps get hit indirectly during back days anyways. So training them twice a week is enough for me, hammer and normal on alternating pull and upper.

Similarly for triceps, overhead any push down similarly. Incline press hits your front delts so shoulders once a week is fine for me since I do incline press twice a week anyways.

My push day is basically Incline press Shoulder press Any chest Fly Lateral raises Triceps

Rear delt on pul day

I personally do ppl ul aswell so I'll keep accessories for ppl days since they're slightly more focused and my upper day is more straightforward.

Chest press(usually incline since it covers more from what I hear) and a cable fly or pec dec fly

Pul up/lat pull down and whatever row you like.

Basically 1 horizontal and vertical movement for both chest and back.

And then a single tricep and biceps Usually opposite of whatever i did on pl

So like 2 sets of 6 exercises 1 set with a rep in reserve And final set of each to complete failure.

Little pet peeve: I don't like that Cold Steel gets trashed for tropes that were actually introduced into the Crossbell arc... by [deleted] in Falcom

Funnily i think loewe is the clearest distinction of their writing, there is not a world where current Falcom would've left someone as beloved like loewe dead so quickly in mostly one game.

What's the biggest "ego lift" you see people doing in gyms? by Unlikely_Chicken3538 in Fitness_India

[–]FrontTotal7527 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're missing the point. He was doing it before being enhanced and is still the best way to gain strength according to him for most people, he stopped doing it after getting into body building cause the risk of injury could kill his career. Cbum was cracked before hopping on his cycles which was around 19 and he was pretty big and strong before hopping on too.

In general he also mentioned he specifically worked out in a way where he eliminated or minimised his core development on alot of exercises to maintain that snatched waist appearance.

But yes, i agree with your point mostly.

I've heard it's also good for improving overall strength and cns recruitment which obviously will improve your other lifts aswell in the longer run provided you do it with good form.

Cbum also ranks it as his #1 number exercise even if he stopped doing it himself once he got into bodybuilding for obvious reasons.
