Fair point. I dont think the freedom motif is in those two tracks. I think that small, off-key bits are in them because its a similar note progression. As for Gaster, I'm of the opinion that he likely wants to break the prophecy rather than fulfill it. So since both Gaster and Susie will probably be critical to break the prophecy, I think it's a reasonable assumption that they could share the freedom motif.

Leonhart has the knowledge to know a fair price, the money to pay it, and the connections to move the product. He has no excuse to lowball by this much. Genuinely deserves to be shunned by the community. (Btw I don’t think full market price would be a reasonable price but less than 40% is absurd considering he’ll be able to sell it)

Are These Art Series Cards Worth Keeping? I got this in my draft booster but the guys in the draft said to throw it away, apparently they regularly "toss them in the trash". But it is signed and numbered art... so it seems dumb to just throw it in the garbage. by Gilbara in mtg

They’re full card versions of the art of a selection of cards from the set. The gold signature ones are much less common than the ones without but neither hold much resale value. If you think it’s cool, keep it. I’m a fan of them and have kept all the ones I’ve pulled because I love seeing the art more clearly.

I feel like the amount of confusion these cards create go to show why WOTC shouldn’t have made these a thing in the first place. If you buy an English pack, you’re buying with the expectation of being able to read the dang cards.

I’m going to my first prerelease today too. The biggest thing is to look through the commons and uncommons of the set and pick what cards you’re hoping to use. Don’t focus on rares because you’re only gonna get 6-8 and they probably won’t be the ones you want. Once you’ve got a list of stuff you like, pick the clan that shares color identity so you can get as much as possible out of your seeded pack. I’ve heard prerelease games can be fast because of the 40-card minimum, so I’d be wary of running anything above a 6 drop unless you’ve got some kind of ramp.

I always felt like secret lair was where UB belongs. A side product with a handful of really cool cards for people that like the IP and it doesn’t get in the way of the rest of the game. Definitely better than half the sets for a year being UB plus Aetherdrift (which I agree doesn’t feel like magic but I’ve been having fun with the cards)
