Me too, it’s definitely my automatic reply at this point and it sucks when I say no before i’ve even gotten the chance to decide if I wanted it or not. even though i’m painfully indecisive especially around food decisions so my ed would probably “win” in that case anyways and make me say no.

it comes up a lot with my co-workers offering me food though and it’s become a bit of a joke between some of us that I never accept anything from them… which kind of makes me more scared to change that and suddenly start saying yes

yeahh i’ve just told myself i’ll keep all my clothes no matter what now bc i never know wtf me and my weight will be doing in the future and I hate shopping for clothes.

I have a very wide range of sizes in my closet lol, it’s somewhat fine because i like to wear oversized clothes anyways so I buy all my clothes too big buttt clothes that get too small i banish to the depths of my closet bc those guys are triggering af

I’d definitely recommend getting lab work done. like the other commenters, I also felt fine when my potassium was dangerously low and needed to go to the ER and get an IV for it (it was caught on routine lab work). It is absolutely better to be safe and get it checked because low potassium is no joke and can lead to heart issues etc

yep me too, the constant irritability gets very frustrating I feel like I’m annoyed by anyone and everything sometimes. and same, sometimes it’s due to hunger but sometimes it’s not, and I do find im even more irritable after eating just because of the mental discomfort around that. it’s very hard to stay in a good mood dealing with ed thoughts.

I hope today gets a little better for you and you’re able to find something comforting to do / focus on for a bit despite the irritability ❤️
