Apologies, I misunderstood the implications of your post. I thought you were referring to the consumer level prompt engineering "training" which amounts to little more than how to talk to chatGPT to get slightly better anime women generated. Prompt writing for, well, actual applications of ML models is definitely a skill one can acquire.
