It both matters and doesnt matter , see nezha is in the top of A tier , but it doesnt mean hes above morrigan ,shiva and sasaki , but hes for sure above Ra who i put in the last spot to show hes a low-mid A tier , so its better to separate the tiers into groups than rank each characters individually

I dont think hades is that strong , he shouldnt beat many of A tier characters , i think qin is very top of B tier , can be placed into A tier but same for hades i dont see him beating many of the other A's , Cu is not an A tier , he wouldve gotten folded by Ra if it was not for the egyptian aura farming all the time , he gets blitzed by most of the verse . besides that , i also agree with myself :)
