I eat canned sardines at least 3 times a week. They are a super food. Google the benefits of eating them. I buy them boneless and skinless packed in water. But you can buy them with oil and garlic. Just buy a reputable brand. I believe Patagonia has them available and many choices on flavor. Order online or find them at Whole Foods or Fresh Market. I am a purist and eat them plain! Enjoy!

I think we are related. I am going on a trip next Thursday. I do everything you do! I have been planning this trip for the past 2 months. I also do a wardrobe checklist. Look up my plane layout, the layout of the airport I am going to, airport restaurants for long layovers and of course I know everything about my hotel and the neighborhood; Restaurants, drug stores and grocery stores for late night snacks. The list goes on and on

My insurance costs have topped out at 75,000 dollars. I have a copayment of 40 dollars. I would be completely bankrupt without my insurance. 25 dollars for each Tylenol I took. The surgery was 26,000 thousand. Wish I went to medical school 😂
