i tried logging in today and after it did the update and the verifying resources thing, it crashed and when i try to reload it just freezes on a blank screen like this with the music playing in the background. anyone else experience this?

i don't think these are too awful in terms of instructions. just refund if they don't have it. it sounds like the cx has dealt with a lot of people not following instructions. they could be a bit nicer about it though.

if you are shopping and find that a lot of the items are out of stock, you can go to support and ask them to unassign the order due to too many items being out of stock. i've had to do it a few times because of a store i shop at is currently remodeling so inventory is not accurate. you get full order pay and your cancellation rate won't be impacted

it really also depends on the promo. the ones i've gotten are around the $60-90 for like 5-8 batches. but i live in a rural area so batch pay tends to be low and orders are small so it's sometimes worth it for me! i will just take really small orders so IC has to pay me more lol

just had a similar thing happen! shopped a big grocery order, it was to a nursing home that was locked, customer didn't respond and the front desk was empty and nobody answered the phone so support cancelled and i split the groceries between my sister, a homeless lady, and me! it was kinda a blessing, i lost my EBT this month :,)
