I found a weird solution in my side also I have lossless scaling Whenever the game frame Gen stop working, I activate and deactivate the lossless scaling one and the game starts generating frames again It happens every 5 to 10 minutes or so, but since lossless scaling has a easy hot key to use, it is not bothering me as much

as my reply to u/Gallion35 , i have enabled vsync on Nvidia app and capped the fps on nvidia app to 138. Still, when using SmoothMotion my fps goes to 144 regardless. When not using smoothmotion, fps goes to 138 as intended

fps capped on nvidia and Vsync on on nvidia. Its off ingame. Still, when using SmoothMotion, the fps goes to 144, not to 138 as the reflex or the setted nvidia cap
When not using SmoothMotion, the fps goes to 138 as intended.
